Accessing and using our website
Last updated: October 2026
Mindvaley Garage Doors wants mindvaley.buzz to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This page describes our approach to website accessibility. It is a general template and does not offer legal advice.
The Standard We Aim For
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use easily. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are a common benchmark for accessible websites.
Design and Content Practices
Our accessibility efforts include trying to:
- Arrange page headings in a clear order
- Provide alt text that describes meaningful images
- Use enough color contrast to make text readable
- Allow people to move through the site with a keyboard
- Adapt page layouts to different screen sizes
- Write short, plain text
- Give each form field a label
Known Limits
Some areas of the website may still fall short of these standards. We may have limited control over third-party material, including embedded tools. We check the website regularly and address issues we identify.
Another Way to Request Help
If a page or feature is difficult to use, another contact option is available. Request a callback to reach a provider, or send an email to contact@mindvaley.buzz for help where we can provide it.
Reporting an Access Problem
Reports help us understand what needs attention. Write to contact@mindvaley.buzz with:
- The page or feature involved
- The action you attempted and what happened
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you can provide those details
We will review your message and aim to respond within a few business days.
Accessibility During Updates
Accessibility remains part of our ongoing website work. We consider it whenever we update the site.
