How to submit a complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want homeowners contacting Mindvaley Garage Doors to receive fair and honest treatment. Tell us if your experience fell short. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template and provides no legal advice.
Concerns We Can Review
You can raise concerns about:
- The handling of your phone inquiry or message to Mindvaley Garage Doors
- Our use of your personal information
- Website information that appears inaccurate or unclear
- Conduct by a provider you reached through our service
Concerns About Door Work
Providers in our network operate independently. Each handles its own quotes, pricing, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with completed work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep a written record of the issue and your exchanges.
Tell us about the problem too. Your feedback helps us assess honesty within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Mindvaley Garage Doors cannot resolve contractual disputes, refund provider work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Details to Send
Submit your complaint to contact@mindvaley.buzz. Include:
- Your name and contact information
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number or form used, if known
- The provider's name, if available
- An account of what happened and the result you seek
Receipt and Review
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine the issue. This may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
Further Review Options
If our response does not resolve your concern, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board may offer help when the provider holds a license.
